Work Principle of UVC Light

Precautions of Using UVC Light

Generally, fixed ultraviolet disinfection lamps are not installed, and mobile ultraviolet lamps can be equipped for sanitary disinfection.
• During indoor suspended ultraviolet disinfection, the lifting height of the lamp tube is 1.8 ~ 2.2m from the ground.
• The ultraviolet lamp and the lamp switch must be set separately and kept at a certain distance. It is not allowed to discharge the ultraviolet lamp switch and the lamp switch in parallel. The switch shall be set more than 2m above the ground, and the switch box cover shall be added. The box cover shall be pasted with eye-catching warning signs.
• It is necessary to establish and improve the use and management system of ultraviolet lamps, which shall be managed by special personnel. At the same time, the training of relevant personnel on the use of ultraviolet lamps shall be strengthened, and the use register shall be established. When using, ensure that no one is present and avoid sunlight or other lighting light.
• After disinfection, windows shall be opened for ventilation. If the ultraviolet lamp containing ozone is used, ozone will be generated during operation. Therefore, it is best to open the window for ventilation for more than 30 minutes after disinfection to disperse the ozone as soon as possible.
• Wipe the surface regularly with 95% alcohol cotton ball. If dust and oil stain is found on the surface of the lamp, wipe it in time.
• Intensity monitoring shall be carried out regularly every year. The instrument method or indicator card method can be used. When the irradiation intensity of ultraviolet lamp in use is lower than 70% μ When w / C ㎡, it is recommended to replace it in time.
